The Environmental Protection Department needs your help throwing a first magnitude party to celebrate our springs! On Saturday, April 27th, come out to Poe Springs Park to facilitate this free and family friendly event featuring live music, food trucks, a First Magnitude beer tent, vendors, educational presentations and exhibits, artists, and more!
We are seeking volunteers to help with the following:
- Greeting guests at a welcome station
- Guiding guests to the proper parking places
- Providing educational information and interactive activities at our booth
- Guiding guests to activities at the lodge, springs, and elsewhere in the park
- Assisting vendors in setting up their exhibits
- Providing excellent hospitality to our vendors throughout the day
- Cleaning and packing up after the event
