This is a great chance to help our Medical Team keep up with in-house and foster animals on exams and treatments. There is always something to do in a clinic setting. Caring for the surgery animals, surgery prep, handling exams, and seeing foster animal appointments are daily items for our team. With new animals coming in every day, it can be difficult to keep up with. Once you have completed the medical training session, you are welcome to sign up for the Medical Assistant and Saturday Medical Assistant opportunities. You are not required to stay the entire shift, any amount you can commit to is helpful!
Requirements:
- Attend the Medical Training session
- Scrubs or long pants
- Close-toed shoes
- Highly recommend a water bottle and a snack/lunch if staying for more than 2 hours
