Volunteer: Hawthorne Hornets Stadium and Grove Park Tree Planting Opportunity

Join the Alachua County Volunteer Tree Team and help plant trees.  On the morning of  February 14th, we will meet at the Hawthorn Hornet's Stadium at 9:30 Am to plant 15 new trees around the Parking Area.  We will then caravan to the Grove Park Neighborhood Park to plant 10 more trees

Trail monitors are our eyes and ears within the preserves. They check our trail heads for brochures and clean up any branches or trash left behind. They walk the trails to report any needs (tree down, trimming/mowing needed, maintenance required on infrastructure).
